GPA Media has a few requirements aimed at providing the very best university co-branded, spiral-bound notebooks for college students including the following:

• Long-term contracts, minimum of three years.
• Signator must be a full-time employee representing the university or department or student organization (signator cannot be a student).
• College must agree to inform students in advance of their on-campus distribution by email, newsletter, campus
• Notebooksmust be distributed hand-to-hand on campus (cannot be left unattended).
• Notebooks must be distributed for free (cannot charge students for them).
• School will need to move notebooks on campus using either a dolly, pallet jack, or hand truck dolly (call us if you have questions).
• College will need to receive the notebooks at a loading dock, and safely store them for a few days during each distribution (i.e., water, theft, fire, etc.).
• College must provide both digital pictures and signed letter confirming each distribution.
